If items are damaged or an incorrect item was sent: Gift cards and downloadable items cannot be returned. * It must be postmarked within 30 days and receipt/packing slip included in the box. * It must be in the original packaging and seals may not be broken. * Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
